Since joining the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team at CBW in January 2021, Alice has developed expertise across a wide range of restructuring, corporate and personal insolvency, and advisory matters. Well versed in assisting clients to navigate challenging financial situations, Alice brings analytical sharpness and technical prowess with an understanding of the human aspect which naturally comes with the work.

Along with her experience in formal insolvency processes, Alice has particular interest in the areas of restructuring and business turnaround. She is passionate about working with companies where proactive planning, problem solving, and stakeholder management can present viable turnaround options by stabilising operations and restoring long term viability.

 

Alice has valuable experience with charity and not-for-profit organisations, a sector that often faces unique financial and regulatory pressures. Together with the wider CBW team, Alice understands the complexities of managing insolvency, restructuring and turnaround within charitable structures while safeguarding the organisation’s mission, its beneficiaries, and protecting stakeholder confidence.

Alice also brings unique corporate finance experience having worked on valuation and due diligence for on strategic M&A transactions, as well as being able to draw on experience from an audit secondment.
