Ross Group Plc (“the Company”) placed into liquidation with CBW Recovery LLP and Mercer & Hole appointed as Joint Liquidators.
A winding up order was made against the Company on 26 March 2025. Joseph Colley of CBW Recovery and Henry Page of Mercer & Hole were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company following a virtual meeting of creditors on 18 June 2025.
The Joint Liquidators’ functions include collecting, realising and distributing the Company’s assets in a manner that maximises value for the benefit of all creditors.
Initial notifications have been sent to the Company’s creditors, and a notice has been published in the London Gazette.
The Company’s shares were delisted from the Stock Exchange on 8 July 2025.
Due to the large number of shareholders (5,000+), individual letters will not be sent. This platform will be used for updates.

• No share certificates will be issued.
• The Company’s shares have no value and are not tradeable. This notice may be used as supporting evidence for tax purposes.
• Any share transfers require approval from the Joint Liquidators, but such requests are discouraged due to cost implications.
